These components were adapted or independently reimplemented to keep common
self-contained. They intentionally do not expose PULP `cc_*` names or preserve
upstream signal/variable identifiers. The original copyright and license URL
remain in the affected source files, which also carry an SHL-0.51 SPDX marker.
The complete source-to-component disposition is in
`licenses/pulp_common_cells_manifest.tsv`; it is checked by
`scripts/check_pulp_manifest.sh`. The reference snapshot is common_cells commit
63b7c50d43e462b59506f69d341ff1e40202866d (v2.0.0-beta.3).
