docs: add diagram and package reference modules with validation and testing

- Introduced  for managing diagram dependencies, validating fields, and collecting diagram data.
- Added  to handle version-qualified publication packages, including validation of package integrity and runtime imports.
- Updated  to integrate diagram dependencies into source path resolution.
- Created  to implement comprehensive tests for diagram validation, package integrity, and runtime import checks.
