Remove one final LF from four Make files to satisfy the existing mbake 1.4.6 configuration. Preserve all other bytes and keep the independent P10 implementation out of this formatting commit. Final-worktree validation confirms identical configuration and command expansion for five firmware variants, including the Mini lint dry-run. Format, software policy and host checks pass. The existing editorconfig newline discrepancy remains a separate policy issue.
