maksyuki 9c706ba0ff feat: refactor test scripts to update paths and improve organization

- Updated paths in test files to reflect new directory structure for RTL and script files.
- Changed references from rtl/mini to rtl/ip and scripts/rtl where applicable.
- Added a new test file for Tiny product isolation, ensuring independent ABI and bus acceptance.
- Enhanced tests for memory map generation and protocol contracts for Tiny architecture.
- Ensured that all tests are aligned with the latest directory structure and naming conventions.

Canonical Address Map

memory_map.json is the sole source for Mini SoC address ranges. The shared generator emits RTL include definitions, SDK headers, linker memory regions, and the filelist include path into the selected build variant.

Validate edits with make check-memory-map and the address-map tests before running an affected simulation.

The APB4_CRYPTO region is fixed at 0x1000c000..0x1000cfff, routes through apb4_periph, and is management-only. Its hardware/software register ABI is defined in the crypto controller contract.
